What started for personal growth soon grew into a demand-driven group, surprising Aysha with its enduring success over the years.

Rosebuds organised a variety of events including Sisters Circles, youth circles, charity events, ladies day out, Ramadan outreach, mental health workshops, children’s Islamic classes, revert circles, community cohesion work, and ladies martial arts classes. We aimed to meet demand by offering classes and projects for all age groups.
In 2018, we were honored with a Thank You award from Bedfordshire Police for our impactful work, expanding our reach from Bedford to Biggleswade. We believe our recognition stemmed from our networking efforts and commitment to community cohesion.

Additionally, Aysha was elected to the Uprising Leadership Program, established by MP Rushanara Ali. She was also featured as a successful nominee in the British Bangladesh Who’s Who 2016 publication.
Furthermore, Bedfordshire Police Community Awards recognised her as an Unsung Hero, with a successful nomination in 2018.
