Rosebuds Future Leaders

Nurturing the Next Generation Together

Born locally. Shared nationally. Our Future Leaders initiatives were first developed within local Rosebuds chapters, designed to grow beyond one area.

Our Approach

Using the same community-led model as Rosebuds, leaders from other chapters can establish their own Rose Petals, Rose Blossoms or DandeLions groups locally. Each initiative is supported by its original founder or lead, who provides guidance, coaching and practical support to help new groups grow with the same values, structure and purpose.

Rose Petals

For girls aged 10–16

  • Creative workshops and social activities
  • Qur'an and Sunnah-based learning
  • Positive Muslim friendships
  • Confidence-building opportunities
  • A supportive environment with trusted adults

Rose Blossoms

For young women aged 18–25

Young leaders only

Early adulthood brings new decisions, responsibilities and opportunities — from education and careers to relationships, independence and finding your place in the community. Rose Blossoms creates a space where young Muslim women can connect with others at a similar stage of life, strengthen their faith and build meaningful networks.

  • Monthly social meet-ups
  • Faith-centred discussions and reminders
  • Networking and community connections
  • Recommendations and referrals
  • Support for sister-led businesses
  • A welcoming space to build lasting friendships

DandeLions

For boys aged 6–12

Open to all

DandeLions was created to give young boys a positive space of their own from an early age — somewhere they can build confidence, form good friendships and develop a strong connection with their faith. As a sisters-led community, we recognise that supporting families also means investing in the next generation of boys.

  • Fun activities, games and interactive workshops
  • Qur'an and Sunnah-based halaqah circles
  • Positive friendships and brotherhood
  • Confidence-building in a safe environment
  • Age-appropriate Islamic reminders and discussions
  • Parents welcome to stay or use the drop-off option
